Credential Requirements

Credential of Leadership, Impact, and Management in Business (CLIMB)

To earn a Credential of Leadership, Impact, and Management in Business (CLIMB), participants must complete the following requirements:

  1. Successfully complete each of the individual required CLIMB terms

  2. Earn a Certificate of Completion in the applicable courses

    1. For New Leaders in CLIMB, participants must earn a Certificate of Completion in Dynamic Teaming, Leadership Principles, and Business Strategy, plus a Certificate of Completion in the two chosen electives

    2. For Experienced Leaders in CLIMB, participants must earn a Certificate of Completion in Dynamic Teaming, Organizational Leadership, and Strategy Execution, plus a Certificate of Completion in the two chosen electives

  3. Successfully complete the courses Personal Branding and Leading in the Digital World

  4. Successfully complete the capstone project

  5. Participate actively and respectfully in team activities and discussions

Credential of Core Business Essentials

To earn a Credential of Core Business Essentials, participants must complete the following requirements:

  1. Successfully complete the Business Analytics, Business Strategy, and Financial Accounting courses and the Negotiation, Trust, and Ethics module

  2. Successfully complete the capstone project

  3. Participate actively and respectfully in team activities and discussions

Credential of Digital Innovation and Strategy (CDIS)

To earn a Credential of Digital Innovation and Strategy, participants must complete the following requirements:

  1. Successfully complete Leading in the Digital World

  2. Earn a Certificate of Completion in Design Thinking and Innovation, AI for Leaders, and Digital Marketing Strategy

  3. Successfully complete the capstone project

  4. Participate actively and respectfully in team activities and discussions
