Black, Latinx, and underrepresented minority (URM) professionals aren’t often highlighted in business. Pathways to Business aims to solve that by introducing all participants to an exciting, dynamic set of leadership and management stories designed to inspire future business leaders.
Delivered via an interactive and video-led online experience, Pathways to Business features five relatable leaders at early stages in their careers along with insightful commentary from HBS faculty. Educational institutions and organizations can utilize this free experience to enrich their courses and programs.

Interested individuals may also access the content and complete it independently.
The experience is free of charge for all learners. Please note that HBS Online certificates will not be awarded for completing this experience.
Andy Zelleke is the MBA Class of 1962 Senior Lecturer of Business Administration in Harvard Business School’s General Management unit. He’s the faculty lead for Pathways to Business and served on the Dean’s Anti-Racism Task Force in 2020. Prior to joining HBS, Dr. Zelleke was a lecturer in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, including a stint as co-director of its Center for Public Leadership. He’s also taught negotiation at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and practiced corporate law. Dr. Zelleke received his undergraduate, law, and doctoral degrees from Harvard University.
