Could you please describe the value of going through the course and project weeks together as a team?
Discussing what you've learned as a team helped in getting further insights or a different perspective. We also created and tried to solve a problem that was more real-estate oriented. Getting the perspective of a problem from various departments brought more solutions to the forefront that could be explored.
What kind of career advancement, if any, have you experienced since completing Design Thinking and Innovation?
This helped broaden my thought process which, in turn, will help in career growth.
