Why did you decide to take Entrepreneurship Essentials?

My company’s CEO knows I am always consuming entrepreneurship content, and he forwarded me an email about this course. I've been using my extra time to learn about entrepreneurship for the last years. It is not just something I enjoy, but something that I aim to use to build something to make life better here in Brazil. Taking Entrepreneurship Essentials was an incredible opportunity to learn from the best and to be in a class full of great minds.

What was your favorite part of the course?

The best part of the program was the discussions generated on each topic. Complimentary to the lectures, the rich reflections of those during the course provided different points of view on the topics.

How are you applying what you’ve learned in Entrepreneurship Essentials?

I aim to use the knowledge from Entrepreneurship Essentials along with my Electrical Engineering degree to turn my ideas into a business that solves real problems that I’ve identified here in Brazil. Also, I hope to use what I've learned in this course to advise friends that are on the same entrepreneurial journey. I want to share my knowledge to see more problems solved and to help more companies succeed.

Any advice for people who will be taking Entrepreneurship Essentials?

Allocate the right amount of hours for Entrepreneurship Essentials every week and make your time here fun. Read the material, watch the videos, do some external research, and share your best thoughts with your classmates in the reflections. That will give you a strong learning experience and also the others in the class.
