The cases were real and practical. I enjoyed how the readings fit perfectly with the activities. It was a really well-designed course.
How are you applying what you learned in Leadership Principles?
I got promoted to a senior project coordinator role just weeks after finishing the course, so I've had the chance to apply many of the topics covered, such as the model of team effectiveness. I've also had the opportunity to motivate and unleash others' potential in some of my recent projects.
Any advice for others who take an HBS Online course?
Organize your time and tasks by considering your daily routine. Sometimes, it can be challenging to manage your usual activities while taking an online course, but it is definitely worthwhile! Aside from the great audiovisual material, interacting with your peers will make a difference.
