
HBS Online Policy on Non-Discrimination and Anti-Bullying
The mission of Harvard Business School is to educate leaders who make a difference in the world. To this end, Harvard Business School Online is committed to fostering a deeply connected community that values fairness, equal access to rights, privileges and opportunities, and treating all members of our community with respect, to provide an environment conducive to learning and working.
Harvard University and Harvard Business School Online prohibit discrimination against any person on the basis of age, race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and gender expression, as well as pregnancy), genetic information, ancestry, religion, caste, creed, veteran status, disability, military service, sexual orientation or political beliefs in admission to, access to, treatment in, or employment in its programs and activities. Additionally, Harvard University and Harvard Business School Online prohibit bullying, hostile and abusive behavior, and power-based harassment by members of the Harvard community.
Reflecting these important principles, Harvard University has adopted the Harvard Non-Discrimination and Anti-Bullying Policies. These policies apply to all participants, students, faculty, staff, researchers, and other members of the Harvard community across all Schools and units, including staff and faculty at Harvard Business School Online and participants in Harvard Business School Online courses.
