The following terms apply if you have opted in to receive information from Harvard
Business School Online using automated dialing technology to call or text you (collectively,
“Messages” or “Messaging”). Remember that your use of Harvard Business School Online
websites, applications, programs, and online or mobile products or services (collectively,
“Services”) is at all time subject to the Harvard Business School Online Terms of Use which incorporate these SMS Terms.
You understand that you are subscribing to receive recurring Messages, sent by an automatic telephone dialing system, and that your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. By opting in to receive Messages, you are consenting to any such charges. Consent to receive Messages is not a condition to make any purchase with us, or to use the Services.
At any time, you may reply to a Message that is sent via text with the term “STOP,” and you will be opted out of receiving further Messages (via phone call or text message). You may also contact us at hbsonlineprivacy@hbs.edu at any time to opt out of receiving further Messages, indicating clearly that you would like to be opted out of receiving Messages. You may receive a final confirmation Message to confirm your opt-out request.
To receive help or more information about our Messaging program, you may reply to a text Message with the word “HELP,” or contact us at hbsonlineprivacy@hbs.edu.
Please note that use of your personally identifiable information, including the phone number at which you receive Messages, is subject at all times to our Privacy Policy.
