Certificates Earned After September 2026
A Certified Electronic Credential Overview
HBS Online issues Certified Electronic Certificates (CeCertificate®) — an official, secure, and verifiable PDF version of your certificate or credential.
The document is digitally signed and encrypted, so any employer, licensing agency, or other organization can confirm it came from Harvard Business School Online and has not been altered.
Each CeCertificate® carries a unique 12-digit CeDiD®—a Certified Electronic Document Identifier. Anyone you share the credential with can use the CeDiD® to confirm it through the HBS Online Verify Certificate page.
How to Access Your Digital Certificate
When your certificate is ready, our issuing partner, Paradigm, emails you a download link to retrieve your credential. Download links expire; if you need to request a new retrieval link, please visit the Resend Invitation Link page on the CeCredential Trust site. Make sure to use the same email you provided to HBS Online when you completed your program.
The Benefits of Going Digital
It's a secure, verifiable and official PDF you can share!
Share it without limit—with family, friends, employers, or on social media
Save the PDF to as many devices as you like
Add your CeDiD and validation URL to your resume so employers can verify the credential themselves, without contacting us
Show proof of your accomplishment with only the relevant details

Before you download, please note:
A CeCertificate can’t be printed: Printing is disabled to protect the document’s security—share the PDF instead. It remains valid no matter how many times you send it.
Not every issue date is available: If you completed your program before 2026, review the page about certificates issued before 2026.
