About the Professor

Felix Oberholzer-Gee is the Andreas Andresen Professor of Business Administration in the Strategy Unit at Harvard Business School. His research and consulting focus on competitive strategy, international competition, and non-market strategy. He’s the author of Better, Simpler Strategy: A Value-Based Guide to Exceptional Performance, which was named one of the “10 Best Business Books of 2021” by Forbes.

Business Strategy is part of the Strategy Learning Track. If you’re interested in developing deeper insights and expertise, you can choose to complete three strategy courses within 18 months to earn a Certificate of Specialization.
Syllabus
Business Strategy features seven weeks of content and weekly exercises, enabling the opportunity to put learning into practice. Participants will learn how to evaluate trade-offs and align, prioritize, and formulate strategic initiatives for the greatest business impact.
