What did you enjoy most about learning with HBS Online?
I enjoyed the interactive learning sessions with HBS Online. The modules were delivered well by Dean Datar, and the exercises made me feel like I was in a live classroom. The best thing about the online course is that it gave me flexibility to choose my learning pace and monitor my progress against my cohort. It also gave me access to others' opinions and thoughts, which is similar to a classroom experience. The content was very relevant, rich, and thought-provoking.
How are you applying what you learned in Design Thinking and Innovation?
It's an insightful, mind-altering course. The tools are now part of most things I do and observe in the real world, and it's changed the way I view products and services and the people and environments that interact with them.
Could you please describe the value of going through the course and project weeks together as a team?
I participated in the online course with colleagues from my organization, as well as international attendees; we were a class of more than 270. I benefited from learning my colleagues' views and ideas and exchanging feedback on assignments while accessing numerous global viewpoints.
What kind of career advancement, if any, have you experienced since completing Design Thinking and Innovation?
As a member of RMZ Corp's senior management team, the course has helped me enhance my skills as a professional to build better products and experiences for our customers and effectively train and manage my teams.
