The software development team is lean and flexible; members pitch in to accomplish an evolving agenda. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work with project teams on innovative solutions that impact the experience of participants, staff, faculty, and others within the HBS community. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with project managers, subject matter experts, database engineers, UX/UI and web engineers, quality engineers, and network and systems engineers to create state‐of‐the‐art business solutions. You will help to clarify scope and specifications and provide and evaluate alternative options for implementing both back-end tools and user-facing web experiences.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for advancing the e-marketing strategy across functional teams within Harvard Business School Online. Initially, this position will focus on migrating email automation from a stand-alone tool to a CRM that integrates with other functions within HBS Online. The successful candidate will have proficiency with marketing automation technology and familiarity with analytical and database tools. This role must show sound judgment, flexibility and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and creative environment.
Reporting to the Senior Managing Director and serving as a member of HBS Online’s Senior Management Team, the Senior Director, Content Production is responsible for creating world-class online courses based on the pillars of HBS Online: case-based, active, and social learning. The Senior Director oversees course development, pedagogical design and research, course production, and creative.
